These are a signature product in the Ratatouille selection. Slightly bigger vs. the kind in radish we find in Europe, all red (that do not have the white end), their taste is amazingly crispy, fresh, a bit spicy.
Cut in half, add an generous quantity of pasteurized butter (or skip it for the healthier option) and bite!
These radish are the perfect snack and super refined when cut in thin slices in a salad or raw food. Here again, this is a great sample of what natural farming delivers.
