Pakchoi (or Bok Choi) is quite a popular vegetable in South China.
It is however not so common to find the baby pakchoi, farmers usually prefer to wait for the adult size to get more weight.
Taste is actually similar as the big pakchoi but a bit more tender and can be cooked a bit more quickly. Quite a recommended vegetable for children with in this "Kawaii" format!
